Ray had been there a few times before, but it was my first time out there. I got a kick out of the car ferry. While on the island it is hard to imagine that you are just outside of Detroit… it felt more like a barrier island on the east coast. The wind was a bit to light for most of the day, but Ray was able to get up and go when it occasionally picked up.
